Free Orthodontic and Dental Implant Consultation – Terms and Conditions

Free Consultation Offer

The Clinic offers eligible patients a complimentary initial consultation for orthodontic and/or dental implant treatment, subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By booking or attending a complimentary consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility
The complimentary consultation is available exclusively to new patients who have not previously attended the Clinic for consultation or treatment.

Patients who have previously attended the Clinic may only be eligible for a complimentary consultation at the sole discretion of the treating clinician. The Clinic reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

2. Scope of the Complimentary Consultation
The complimentary consultation is limited to a general clinical assessment and discussion relating to orthodontic treatment and/or dental implant treatment.

The consultation is intended to provide preliminary information regarding potential treatment options and does not constitute a comprehensive dental examination, definitive diagnosis, treatment plan, or specialist opinion unless expressly stated by the treating clinician.

3. Radiographs, Clinical Photographs and Records
Where considered clinically appropriate, the treating clinician may, at their sole discretion, provide radiographs, clinical photographs, digital scans, or other diagnostic records as part of the complimentary consultation.

These records are provided on a complimentary basis only where the patient elects to proceed with the recommended treatment at the Clinic.

If the patient chooses not to proceed with treatment at the Clinic and requests copies of diagnostic records for use by another dental practitioner or healthcare provider, the Clinic reserves the right to charge an administration and records processing fee of up to AUD $300.00. This fee reflects the administrative costs associated with the preparation, processing, handling and release of clinical records and does not affect any rights the patient may have under applicable Australian law.

4. Additional Procedures and Fees
The complimentary consultation does not include additional diagnostic procedures, investigations or clinical services that may be required to appropriately assess the patient’s condition.

Where clinically indicated, the treating clinician may recommend additional procedures including, but not limited to, comprehensive examinations, cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), intraoral scans, impressions, study models, periodontal assessments or other investigations.

Any such procedures will be discussed with the patient prior to being undertaken and will incur separate fees in accordance with the Clinic’s current schedule of fees.
